Steps Gyslaine Pachet Micheneau
I am deeply drawn to the landscapes and colors that surround me, as well as to spirituality. I create my works using watercolor paint, but also oil paint, three pencils, charcoal and acrylic. My main source of inspiration is nature. I admire the Impressionists, whose paintings and colors imbue me and whom I express emotionally in my works. I seek to create softness in the colors of the water in my paintings, but I also like to play with the knives to add contrasts to my paintings using colored touches inspired by the nature that surrounds me, the different landscapes and places I visited. This is how my universe is created. My oil and knife landscapes, my seascapes and my life scenes offer the viewer a pleasant discovery.
